Xfinite Radio Account Deletion

This page explains how Xfinite Radio users can delete their account and request deletion of associated app data.

If you have an active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your Xfinite Radio account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription directly through Apple or Google Play.

Delete your account inside the app

The fastest way to delete your Xfinite Radio account is inside the app:

Open the Xfinite Radio app.
Go to My Account.
Open Account & Subscription.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the confirmation steps.

This will delete your Xfinite Radio account from the app system and remove account-related data associated with your login where applicable.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you may request account deletion by email.

Subscriptions

Xfinite Radio subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. If you purchased a subscription, you must cancel it through the store where you subscribed.

For Apple subscriptions, manage your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

For Google Play subscriptions, manage your subscription through your Google Play subscriptions page.
