- Technical information such as device type, app version, diagnostics, crash logs, and basic performance data.

Subscriptions and Payments
Xfinite Radio may offer premium subscriptions or other paid features. Purchases made through the mobile app are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your full payment card details. We may receive subscription status information from Apple, Google, Stripe, Firebase, or related payment services so premium access can be enabled, restored, verified, or managed.
Third-Party Services
Xfinite Radio may use third-party services, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Apple App Store services, Google Play billing services, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, audio streaming providers, radio station streaming services, music library services, diagnostics, crash reporting, and performance services where applicable. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies and platform rules.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, process subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. Data may be stored using Firebase, Google Cloud, Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or other service providers used to operate the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information appropriately.
Account Deletion

Deleting your account may remove account data, favorites, playlists, saved stations, and related app data where technically possible. Subscription cancellation may need to be completed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the original payment provider.
Children’s Privacy
Xfinite Radio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove the information where appropriate.
Your Choices
- You may sign out of your account at any time.
- You may delete favorites, playlists, or saved content where supported.
- You may cancel or manage subscriptions through Apple, Google Play, or the original payment provider.
- You may request account deletion through the app or account deletion page.
