These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Xfinite Radio mobile app, website, and related services provided by Xfinite Radio Media (“Xfinite Radio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Xfinite Radio, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Xfinite Radio
Xfinite Radio provides access to live radio streams, curated music sections, Xfinite Mix, favorites, playlists, search, discovery tools, account features, support tools, and related listening features. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in information and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app lawfully.
Subscriptions and Premium Access
Xfinite Radio may offer premium subscriptions or paid features. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal terms, free trials, and cancellation options are shown by the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or the applicable payment provider at the time of purchase.
Purchases made through the mobile app are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel app store subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Canceling the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless the app store or payment provider confirms cancellation.
Premium Features
Premium features may include expanded access, unlimited favorites, Xfinite Mix features, curated radio sections, or other enhanced app features. Premium access depends on successful purchase, renewal, verification, and account status.
Audio Streams and Third-Party Content
Xfinite Radio may link to or play streams, metadata, artwork, or content provided by third-party radio stations, services, or content providers. Availability, quality, artwork, metadata, and stream reliability may vary and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that every stream or content item will always be available.
User Content and Requests
If you submit help requests, music requests, radio station requests, feedback, or other messages, you agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content. We may use submitted requests to provide support, improve the app, or evaluate requested additions.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Xfinite Radio for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription, account, security, or access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with app services.
- Do not use automated systems to abuse, scrape, or misuse the service.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or submit false information.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through the Xfinite Radio app or through our account deletion page:

Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, or platform compliance reasons. Subscription cancellation may need to be completed through the original app store or payment provider.
No Warranty
Xfinite Radio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continuous stream availability, or that all features will remain available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xfinite Radio Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, unavailable streams, subscription issues, data loss, or service interruptions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Xfinite Radio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
